From our woodland laboratory we bring you ethically wildcrafted Scandinavian Chaga dual extracted in filtered structured spring water following the techniques of Viktor Schauberger, and in spagyrically rectified organic spirits following the techniques of the master alchemist Paracelsus and Belgian-French master currently in Iceland, Solazaref, in producing astrologically aligned spagyric tinctures. This is our lifelong pursuit and passion, practical and spiritual alchemy, the crowning jewel of the Western traditions Faustian search for knowledge and spiritual power and insight. We take this with a religious devotion as our own spiritual and artisan heritage in bringing you a true elixir made with devotion to the Art of alchemy, spagyrics, iatro-chemistry of our Northern tradition. Spagyrics traces back to the Swiss alchemist Paracelsus, who pioneered incredible methods of processing herbs and using their “salts” or the minerals they contain that are purified and adding them back into a full spectrum, purified product. Through gentle heat we extract in the structured water and reduce the volume, taking the remaining material and circulating spirits over them in a gentle, low heat in a traditional clay alembic from Germany. We then do final runs and combine in a Belgian hand hammered copper still and dissolve the mineral salts back into the tincture with a final pressing all are rectified and filtered. This is old traditional methods, even done in ancient days with catching vapors in wool, (in alchemy you can process gold this way and this is the origin of the Golden Fleece). We trace this back to the Hyperborean quest that framed the search for elixir plants throughout the wanderings of the Indo-Europeans. We get hand harvested ethically sourced chaga from virgin Northern woods, from generational woodsman and participate in the ancient trades and crafts, in our old wold copper and clay stills, hand carved mortars and implements, and hand forged tools from the Swedish masters. There is a magic in the chaga strains that fed and healed our ancestors and saw them through the starvations, epidemics, freezing weather and wars. This is a perfect addition to add into your morning coffee, in your kuksa cup or mug, to offset the jittery caffeine and soothing the digestive track. Chaga is increasingly popular as a superfood and premiere immune boosting and adaptogenic properties, but it is often over harvested and we take great care to respect one of the most sacred ancient herbal allies.
